Job summary

Advocate Health's Marinette, WI, Emergency Department is seeking a dedicated RN for a full-time position in an 18-bed unit. Primary hours are 8a-8p with weekend, holiday and call rotation required; 36 hours per week.

You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care across the lifespan using a collaborative care model. Ideal candidates hold an accredited nursing program, valid RN license in Wisconsin, BLS; ACLS and PALS are required within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to ensure safe, therapeutic care in line with established standards and procedures.
