Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team in Las Vegas. The role focuses on assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care with age-specific and developmentally appropriate nursing interventions.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, 2+ years of ER or similar experience, and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. BSN is preferred and English fluency is required to communicate with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN licensure without sanctions.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time ER or similar experience.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications current; TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and provide age-specific, high-quality nurse care in ER.
• Document accurately and legibly in medical records.
• Monitor patient signs, symptoms and vital status.
• Follow physician orders and assist with interventions.
• Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Support infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers.
