Job summary

Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center in Colorado is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for our busy ED. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, a Colorado RN license, and current ACLS/PALS certifications; TNCC must be obtained within six months of hire.

Three years of RN experience, preferably in ER, is expected. Part-time opportunity with competitive pay and shift differentials: Weeknight, Weekend, and Night bids detailed in the listing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Current Colorado RN license required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• TNCC certification required or completed within six months of hire.
• Minimum three years of RN experience; ER experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in emergency department and critical care settings.
• Assess conditions, stabilize patients in life-threatening emergencies.
• Triage cases by urgency and need.
• Administer medications, start IVs, intubations, and wound suturing as directed.
• Maintain incoming patient records and collaborate with emergency staff.
