Job summary

Tenet-AZ Region seeks a registered nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department in Sun City, Arizona. The RN delivers direct patient care, coordinates with the care team, and may supervise peers on shift to ensure safe, patient-centered outcomes.

The role requires Arizona RN licensure, CPR, ACLS as applicable, and a nursing degree from an accredited program. BSN is preferred; prior ER/critical care experience is valued. This is staff-level, on-site employment with varied shift needs.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
• CPR required; ACLS as applicable by facility/by department.
• BSN is preferred; L&D advanced fetal monitoring training or must obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit.
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines.
• Supervise and direct other healthcare staff as needed.
• Perform hourly rounding and ensure patient safety.
• Assess and discharge planning based on patient needs.
