SEARHC seeks an Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide rapid assessment, stabilization, and care for patients across the lifespan in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity setting. You will collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Alaska.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NRP certifications or equivalent per requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per orders and policy.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions or escalation.
• Provide patient and family education related to care, medications, and discharge needs.
