Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. You will employ evidence-based practices, collaborate with physicians and the care team, and engage patients and families throughout the continuum of care.

The role requires nursing licensure, BLS, and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience. You may participate in telehealth and float to different units as needed.

Competenze

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• BLS certification required; telehealth licensing as applicable.
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience recommended.

• Engage in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with families.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with care team to improve outcomes.
• Uphold a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies per protocols.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation and charting.
• Coordinate with RNs, LPNs, and support staff for safe patient care.
• Float to other units or facilities as needed to meet patient care needs.
