Job summary

You will perform skilled patient care tasks, document all findings, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure safety and quality of care. A nursing program graduate with TN RN licensure and BCLS is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program is required.
• RN licensure in TN or eligible for licensure is required.
• Current BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification upon hire is required.
• Experience in patient care through nursing program is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to the patient's plan and standards.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Document assessments and clinical judgments.
• Communicate with care team and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain patient safety, confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
