Job summary

Regional One Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room in Memphis, TN. The role encompasses delivering professional nursing care based on physician orders, performing assessments, and coordinating with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The RN will document care, participate in patient education, and respond to emergencies as needed. A TN license and BCLS are required, with inpatient experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing school/program.
• RN state licensure to work in TN (or compact state).
• BCLS/CPR certification required at time of hire.
• Experience in inpatient care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care according to medical regimen and standards.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Plan, implement and evaluate care; coordinate with physicians and family.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with CPR/BLS as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper patient education.
