Baptist Health in Montgomery, AL seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department (7a shift) on a full-time basis.

The RN supervises nursing staff on shift including weekends/holidays, uses the nursing process for assessments and care planning, and collaborates with physicians to ensure quality patient care. BSN preferred; active RN license and BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing is required.
• Active RN licensure is required; BLS is required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process in patient assessments, planning of care, and execution of interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to plan and implement patient care.
• May have additional duties within the scope of the role.
