Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays, to ensure quality patient care.
• Use the nursing process for patient assessments, care planning, and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team for care planning and implementation.
• May have additional duties within the scope of the role.
