Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, AL is hiring an Emergency Department RN for first shift. The registered nurse will supervise nursing personnel on shift, use the nursing process for assessments, planning, and interventions, and collaborate with physicians to ensure quality patient care.

Requires nursing degree, RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required by area. Regular-full time position in the emergency department with weekend/holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Active RN licensure required; BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays, to ensure quality patient care.
• Use the nursing process for patient assessments, care planning, and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team for care planning and implementation.
• May have additional duties within the scope of the role.
