Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of a recognized school of Nursing.
• Massachusetts RN License required.
• 2–3 years of Nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and manage direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Maintain patient assignment according to unit guidelines and standards.
• Communicate with patient and family and coordinate care across disciplines.
• Document assessments, care plans and responses; SBAR communications.
• Collaborate with team and participate in performance improvement activities.
