Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred if current.
• BSN degree is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for care delivery from admission to discharge.
• Performs patient assessments and reassessments per standard procedures.
• Develops and coordinates individualized care plans including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises, and evaluates nursing care within the assigned setting.
• Documents care and contributes to education and staff development.
• Participates in quality improvement and governance activities.
