Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting required.
• Active RN license in Alabama or multi-state compact.
• BCLS certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Document assessments, medications, and care plans accurately.
• Provide age-appropriate care and education.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams to develop care plans.
• Maintain infection control protocols and patient safety.
• Document care thoroughly in medical records.
• Engage in performance improvement and audits.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies.
• Emergency RN duties: rapid assessment, airway management, IV starts.
