Job summary

Southeast Health is seeking a registered nurse for the Emergency Services department in Alabama. The RN will adhere to emergency nursing standards, manage personnel, supplies, and equipment, and promote teamwork across departments to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role demands accountability for one's clinical practice and the overall nursing care provided. Evening shift, 3:00 pm–3:00 am, 0.9 FTE, regular status.

Qualifications

• Current RN License in the state of Alabama.
• PALS within one year of employment.
• ACLS within one year of employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support.
• Institutional intermediate EKG course.

Responsibilities

• Actively accepts, understands, and practices appropriate standards of emergency nursing care.
• Manages assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment.
• Promotes positive relationships and teamwork among employees and between departments.
• Accountable for own clinical practice and the quality/quantity of nursing care.
