Job summary

Physicians Regional Medical Center - Collier campus seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the ER Nights shift (7PM-7AM). You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency setting, collaborating with physicians and the care team to implement treatment plans and ensure safe discharge and follow-up.

Qualifications

Active RN license in Florida.
BLS (Basic Life Support) required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
Experience in ER or acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver patient-centered ER care according to policies and nursing process.
Administer medications, monitor for side effects, document administration.
Assist physicians during procedures within competency scope.
Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions as needed.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment, and discharge care.
