Job summary

Physicians Regional Medical Center - Pine Ridge campus in Naples, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for Neuro Med/Surg Nights to coordinate and deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The RN will assess patients, administer medications, collaborate with physicians and the nursing team, respond to emergencies, and educate patients and families while upholding safety and quality standards. Night shift is 7PM-7AM with shift differential and additional incentives.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
• Current RN license in Florida or compact state recommended.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with nursing process.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Collaborates with physicians and the care team to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR/code team activities.
• Educates patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post‑discharge care.
