Job summary

Physicians Regional Medical Center - Collier campus is seeking an ER RN for PRN night shifts (7 PM–7 AM). The role focuses on patient-centered care, collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced ER setting.

Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, procedure assistance, patient education, and adherence to safety and infection-control protocols. Strong teamwork and critical thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license required (state licensure) in Florida.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred per facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care in ER per nursing process.
• Document patient assessments and changes to condition.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects per protocol.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Provide patient and family education on care plans and post-discharge care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.
