Job summary

Physicians Regional Medical Center - Collier campus is seeking an RN for ER Nights. The unit is ER; shift 7PM-7AM; comprehensive benefits including student loan contribution up to $20k.

Full- and part-time roles available with Medical, Vision, Dental, and 401k match. The RN provides patient-centered care through the nursing process, coordinates care with physicians and the team, administers medications, and responds to emergencies.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care required.
• RN license in Florida (active/valid).
• BCLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care in line with nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency scope.
• Collaborates with care team to develop and evaluate individualized plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR/code team activities.
• Maintains infection control and safety protocols.
• Documents care thoroughly in the medical record.
• Engages in professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
