Job summary

Naples Comprehensive Health (NCH) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Northeast ER in Naples, FL. This full-time temporary pool position supports 12-hour night shifts, with assignments across the ED to cover staffing needs.

The RN will provide direct patient care, collaborate with the inter-professional team, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Applicants should have at least 1 year of ED or pediatric ICU acute care experience, a Florida RN or APRN license, and BLS/

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as RN in acute care.
• Emergency Department experience or pediatric ICU experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Florida RN or APRN license required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements and evaluates nursing care in ED settings.
• Provides direct nursing care to patients in ED.
• Participates in shared decision making and quality improvement activities.
• Maintains competency with ED equipment and certifications.
• Cross-trains to multiple ED areas as needed.
• Ensures safe, effective, and financially responsible care.
