Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication and coordinate patient flow in the Emergency Department.
• Serve as primary contact for providers, patients, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage data flow.
• Assist with patient transfers to other facilities.
• Support timely, coordinated and compassionate emergency care.
