Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Manager, Enablement Specialist to build the ER CoE enablement infrastructure, tools, insights, and resources that drive scalable, high-quality ER/LR practices across the organization.

The role focuses on systems, continuous improvement, and partnerships with HRBPs and cross-functional stakeholders to embed enterprise standards and accelerate adoption of policies and processes.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure to employee relations, HR program enablement, and process or systems implementation.
• Ability to build practical tools and resources, improve processes, and drive adoption through clear guidance and stakeholder partnership.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Translate ER CoE priorities into a clear enablement roadmap that strengthens adoption, consistency, and scalability across ER/LR processes and tools.
• Build toolkits, playbooks, decision guides, and practical resources for HR practitioners and leaders to apply enterprise ER/LR standards.
• Define functional requirements for ER technology and dashboards; ensure the ER platform supports workflows, governance, and reporting needs.
• Establish and continuously improve COE infrastructure, case intake, routing, communication, and reporting.
• Partner with People Experience Team and HRBPs to enable high-quality ER/LR processes and strengthen consistency across regions.
