Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a senior software applications leader to evaluate, design, build, support, and enhance solutions powering ELC's Order and Inventory Management operations.

You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to define roadmaps, prototype and deliver integrated solutions, and lead teams through conformance and compliance efforts including SOX. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to technology

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of order management and supply chain processes End to End.
• Experience leading projects through all phases and delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills aligning with sponsors and stakeholders.
