Job summary

You will partner with HR and control owners to translate needs into scalable solutions, manage releases, and drive continuous improvement while protecting sensitive employee data.

Qualifications

• ITIL incident, problem, change, release, and service-management practices.
• Experience leading production support for global HR tech.
• Experience with HR systems integration and data privacy controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR application service delivery and operations, ensuring health, availability, and security of HR systems.
• Direct vendor-managed service team and coordinate across vendors and internal teams.
• Partner with HR to translate needs into actionable, supported solutions.
• Drive release planning, testing strategy, and post-production stabilization.
