Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Manager, Enablement Specialist within the ER CoE to design infrastructure, tools, and resources that elevate ER/LR practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to employee relations, enablement, and process or systems implementation.
• Ability to build practical tools and resources, improve processes, and drive adoption through clear guidance and stakeholder partnership.
• Experience supporting HR systems and reporting, translating needs into requirements and delivering actionable insights and dashboards.
• Strong project management discipline with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders.
• High judgment, discretion, and handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Translate ER CoE priorities into an enablement roadmap that strengthens adoption and scalability across ER/LR processes and tools.
• Build toolkits, playbooks, and guidance to help HR apply enterprise ER/LR standards consistently.
• Define functional requirements for the ER platform with the ServiceNow Product Owner and ensure governance and reporting needs are met.
• Establish and continuously improve COE infrastructure, case intake, routing, and reporting.
• Partner with People Experience and HRBPs to enable high-quality ER/LR processes across regions.
