The role centers on a bedside-initiated patient experience, aiming to improve contact rate, scheduling immediacy, and overall patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities include communicating with patients and staff, scheduling follow-ups at the bedside when appropriate, upholding quality standards, and delivering exceptional service

Qualifications

• One year of related experience is preferred.
