HCA Healthcare is seeking an ER Discharge Coordinator to manage Point of Care Bedside scheduling as part of the centralized ER and Urgent Care Follow-up programs. The role aims to enhance patient experience with bedside-initiated scheduling, improved contact rates, and faster scheduling.

You will support a patient-centered, quality-driven environment and collaborate with leadership to maintain service excellence.

Qualificações

• One year of related experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Speaks with customers, patients and stakeholders in a pleasant and professional manner; Communicates appropriately and clearly with department leadership, co-workers and customers/patients.
• Will schedule patients for follow-up care bedside when appropriate.
• Ensures performance and quality standards are met.
• Provides superior customer service to internal and external customers and patients; Supports the vision and strategy of the organization, positively promotes the services offered, and elevates issues to leadership as appropriate.
• Suggests ideas for positive changes to department policies and procedures.
