Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Document clinical activities and interventions per policy.
• Review orders for drug interactions and appropriate therapy.
• Verify medications prepared by staff and ensure timely dispensing.
• Communicate drug information to patients and health professionals.
• Maintain knowledge base for clinical services across age groups.
• Maintain proficiency with automated pharmacy systems.
