HCA Healthcare, Inc. at Methodist Hospital Northeast seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) in the Emergency Room to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit activities during the shift in collaboration with the management team.

The CNC will lead staff, monitor nursing care, support staffing and scheduling, participate in training, and drive initiatives such as rounds and service recovery to improve outcomes.

Competenze

• RN licensed registered nurse (RN) with a nursing degree/diploma.
• ACLS within 90 days of employment start date.
• BLS/Basic Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course within 1 year of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months of employment start date.
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 days of employment start date.

Mansioni

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and quality care.
• Collaborate with management to monitor and improve patient care quality.
• Lead and develop nursing staff; participate in interviewing, training, and evaluations.
• Manage staff scheduling and labor in line with patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
• Oversee inventory control and supply management.
