HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast in Pasadena, TX seeks an Emergency Room Clinical Nurse Coordinator (RN) to lead nursing operations during scheduled shifts, coordinate patient throughput, and mentor staff in a high-acuity, 24/7 emergency network. This role blends bedside excellence with leadership responsibilities across main ED and freestanding ERs.

The CNC will oversee quality care, collaborate with management, and drive outcomes aligned with organizational values and policies.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
• Directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.
• Serves as a resource person for staff.
• Models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values.
• Supports an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

Conocimientos

Texas RN license (or multi-state)

1 year ER nursing experience

BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications

TNCC within 4 months

CPI within 30 days

Educación

Graduated from accredited nursing program (diploma/associate/bachelor)

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
