• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge to ensure throughput and quality care.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care per policies; function as resource for staff.
• Collaborate with managers to create teamwork for improved outcomes.
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Schedule staff and manage labor within productivity guidelines.
• Assist with inventory control and equipment/supplies management.
