Zusammenfassung

HCA Florida Kendall Hospital is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse PCU to lead nursing teams, coordinate high-quality patient-centered care, and collaborate with management to improve outcomes. The CNC will guide staffing, training, and policy adherence while maintaining a patient-first environment.

You will participate in ongoing quality assessment, support staff development, and partner with clinical leadership to optimize throughput and service delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Florida RN license current or recognized compact licensure
• ACLS certification current or within 30 days of start date
• BLS certification current or within 30 days of start date
• 2-year Associate Degree/Diploma
• Bachelor degree preferred
• 1–3 years experience in a Charge Position role (preferred)

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and high quality care
• Participate in ongoing assessment of quality of care with management team
• Collaborate with managers to foster teamwork and improved outcomes
• Support a patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed
• Implement nursing strategies like hourly rounds to boost engagement
• Provide hiring/training input and support action plans for staff development
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management per productivity guidelines
• Support inventory control and supplies/equipment management
