Qualificações

• 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• RN license in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and supports nursing and support staff, delegating tasks.
• Evaluates staff performance with feedback and coaching.
• Oversees patient care planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Manages bed assignments and unit resources.
• Leads infection control and safety compliance.
• Responds to emergencies within the unit.
