Qualifications

• Technical school coursework in Nursing Assistant, EMT, Phlebotomy, or Medical Assistant.
• Valid CNA/EMT/Phlebotomy/MA certification preferred.
• 0–1 year clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist direct patient care in the ED under licensed staff supervision.
• Transport patients safely to units and discharge areas.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, infection-controlled environment.
• Communicate with patients, families, and care team; report changes promptly.
• Document care in EMR accurately and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and aid the care team.
• Adhere to PPE and safety protocols.
