Entech in Malvern, PA is seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide day-to-day production and application support for the Equity Trading Desk in a financial-services client, onsite five days per week.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of investment markets and experience in production support, with Python and AWS skills and strong communication with portfolio managers, traders, and development teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of investment management, equity trading and financial markets.
• Experience in production and application support within financial services.
• Proficient in reading and understanding code with Python and working in AWS environments.
• Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with development teams.
• Excellent communication with investment professionals and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production and application support for the Equity Trading Desk.
• Monitor systems, run pre-market checks, and troubleshoot issues with technical teams.
