TP ICAP USA is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Equity delivery team within Technology Change Management. The role focuses on eliciting, analysing and communicating detailed business requirements to enable change across TP ICAP IT systems, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs across multiple business units.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in a finance/trading BA role, knowledge of trading workflows and full trade lifecycle, and strong Agile/SAFe and Jira experience.

Formación

• +4 years proven experience as a business analyst, preferably with finance or trading background.
• Knowledge of trading applications, order management and understanding of full trade lifecycle.
• Understanding of the full project life cycle from requirements capture through implementation, testing and delivery.
• Ability to work on multiple projects while managing deadlines and priorities.
• Illicit and articulate requirements between business and IT stakeholders.
• Identify and define AI-driven opportunities across equities trading workflows.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe delivery environments and collaboration with remote teams.
• Knowledgeable in Jira or similar issue management system.
• Contribute to SDLC and quality throughout the process.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit and communicate detailed business and operational requirements to enable change across TP ICAP IT systems.
• Collaborate with Product Managers/Owners/Developers to design and build quality software that aligns to IT strategy.
• Lead analysis of stakeholder objectives and produce clear requirement documentation for scope and prioritisation.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Support governance of scope and estimation using domain knowledge.
• Communicate progress, track impediments, risks and dependencies to minimise delivery impact.
• Assist team members in understanding milestone focus and delivery value.
• Support SDLC governance for planning, prioritisation and delivery needs.
• Deliver against Functional and Non-functional requirements.
• Manage ad-hoc tasks as required.
