Susquehanna invites you to join its Equity Research Sales team in New York. You will market our fundamental equity research and derivative content to institutional clients, while learning equity research, options theory, client management and capital markets fundamentals.

You will gain exposure to financial analysis and derivatives strategy to effectively communicate Susquehanna’s product. Research Sales Associates will earn Series 7 and 63 licenses and be encouraged to begin the CFA curriculum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Mathematics preferred, but not required.
• 0-3 years of professional experience, 1-3 years in Finance or Sales preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to interact with all levels of the organization and clients.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience or willingness to learn Agentic AI to improve workflows.

Responsabilités

• Assist in marketing Susquehanna’s differentiated equity research and derivative content to institutional clients.
• Collaborate with Research Analysts, Derivatives, Market Intelligence, Corporate Access, Sales-Trading and Trading to fulfill client requests.
• Originate and onboard new derivative and equity accounts using Susquehanna resources.
• Interact with company management and investors, supporting the desk on client coverage.
• Spearhead projects to improve team efficiency and workflows.
• Gain exposure to asset managers through team calls, dinners and events.
• Leverage AI to improve daily workflows and efficiency.
