Susquehanna Financial Group, LLLP (SFG) delivers grass roots independent research coverage on a universe of roughly 250 stocks across five industry verticals. The Research Sales team markets Susquehanna's fundamental research product and Derivative content to institutional clients.

The annual base pay range is $110,000 - $120,000 plus discretionary bonus and benefits. We seek an experienced Research Sales Associate with Series 7 and 63 licenses, actively pursuing CFA studies, and a strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Mathematics preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Finance or Sales.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to develop and manage institutional client relationships.
• Quantitative and analytical capabilities; attention to detail.
• Interest in AI applications to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing research and derivative content to institutional clients.
• Cover and co-cover a suite of institutional clients with research and derivative strategies.
• Collaborate with research, derivatives, market intelligence, and trading teams.
• Support origination and onboarding of derivative and equity accounts.
• Engage with company management and investors; liaise with senior sales staff.
• Spearhead projects to improve team efficiencies and explore AI-enabled workflows.
• Gain exposure to US asset managers through calls, dinners and events.
