Job summary

Susquehanna Financial Group, LLLP (SFG) seeks an experienced Research Sales Associate to support marketing differentiated equity research and derivative content to institutional clients from our NYC trading floor.

The role requires Series 7 and 63, progress toward CFA, 3–5 years in finance or sales, and strong communication and analytical skills. You will collaborate with Research, Derivatives, Market Intelligence, and Sales-Trading teams on client coverage and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Mathematics preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of experience within Finance or Sales.
• Strong communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization and clients.
• Proven track record in developing and managing institutional client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing SIG’s differentiated equity research and Derivative content.
• Cover and co-cover institutional clients delivering Research, Derivative Strategy, Market Intelligence, Corporate Access.
• Collaborate with Research, Derivatives, Market Intelligence, Corporate Access, Sales-Trading and Trading.
• Assist with onboarding of new derivative and equity accounts.
• Interact with company management and institutional investors to support client coverage.
• Lead projects to improve team efficiencies and drive innovation via AI workflows.
• Gain exposure to asset managers through calls, dinners and events.
