Job summary

Susquehanna Financial Group, LLLP seeks an experienced Research Sales Associate to leverage equity research, derivatives strategy and client management to deliver value to our institutional clients on our NYC trading floor.

Candidates should hold Series 7 and 63 licenses and pursue CFA, with 3–5 years in finance or sales. This role emphasizes strong communication, relationship building and AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Mathematics.
• 3–5 years of experience in Finance or Sales.
• Strong communication skills with clients at all levels.
• Track record of developing institutional relationships in a sales or client-facing role.
• Solid quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Interest in AI and applying it to improve workflow.

Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing SIG’s differentiated, fundamental equity research and Derivative content to institutional clients.
• Cover and co-cover a suite of institutional clients delivering Research, Derivative Strategy and Market Intelligence.
• Collaborate with Research Analysts, Derivatives, Market Intelligence and Sales-Trading to fulfill client requests.
• Support origination and onboarding of new derivative and equity accounts using SIG resources.
• Engage with company management and institutional investors, liaising with senior staff to support ongoing coverage.
• Lead projects to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Expose clients to SIG’s asset managers through calls, dinners and events.
• Explore AI-enabled approaches to streamline daily workflows.
