Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/HR, 5+ years in equity compensation, and proficiency with equity software and HRIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or HR or related field.
• 5+ years of equity compensation administration experience.
• Experience managing equity programs for publicly traded companies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of equity programs including stock options and RSUs.
• Ensure data integrity within equity systems and HRIS integrations.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Payroll for accurate reporting and disclosures.
• Lead communications and education programs for employees regarding equity plans.
