Job summary

CRC Group is seeking an Equity Administration Manager for our Charlotte, NC office. You will oversee day-to-day operations of the company's equity compensation programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient data management.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal and Payroll, manage vendor relationships, and drive process improvements to support employees' equity experiences. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in equity compensation are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of equity compensation administration experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with equity software and HRIS systems; VBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee administration of equity programs including stock options and RSUs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance within equity systems and HRIS integrations.
  • Manage vesting schedules, tax implications, and regulatory disclosures.
  • Lead employee communications and education on equity plans and benefits.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal and Payroll on reporting and accounting.
