Job summary

Slice's Legal Engineering team translates real legal work into product. As a Legal Engineer, you’ll lead technical demos, onboarding, and enablement alongside Account Executives and Customer Success, mapping how a prospect runs equity and governance today and translating it into Slice workflows for CFOs, GCs, and equity admins.

This NYC-based role collaborates with Tel Aviv teams. A JD/LLB and 2–3 years corporate legal experience in venture financing/equity are expected, with hands-on AI tool

Qualifications

• 2–3 years practicing as a corporate lawyer in law firm, in-house, or advising VC-backed companies.
• Exposure to venture financings, equity compensation, or corporate governance work.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical demos and deep-dive sessions with the product.
• Map a prospect's current equity/governance process to Slice workflows.
• Own onboarding end-to-end: migration, data reconciliation, validation, and live operation.
• Gather customer feedback to influence product and roadmap.
