Job summary

EDMO is seeking a Partner Relations Manager to cultivate long-term relationships with districts and community partners, ensuring equitable access and aligned program delivery. You will lead onboarding, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and supervise Senior Program Managers to drive program outcomes across Richmond, CA and surrounding regions.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills, with a focus on equity and community engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
Experience in partner/client relations management or relationship management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders through regional events and school board meetings.
Be the primary point of contact for district and community partners and maintain regular communication.
Lead onboarding and outreach for partnerships and regions; schedule and lead regular meetings.
Oversee program operations ensuring alignment with partner scope and EDMO’s mission.
Supervise Senior Program Managers and drive performance reviews.
Monitor partnerships, collect feedback, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
