Job summary

EDMO is a thriving educational nonprofit in San Francisco, dedicated to equity-centered after-school and summer programs. The Partner Relations Manager will build and sustain relationships with school districts, community partners, and agencies to co-design high-quality programs that reach hard-to-reach students.

You will supervise Senior Program Managers, lead partnership growth, and ensure programs meet agreed scopes of work while advocating for resources, training, and system improvements

Qualifications

• Equity-centered, co-design approach with districts and community partners.
• Strong relationship-building and communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams to align program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships with key district and community partners and address concerns promptly.
• Lead outreach and onboarding for partnerships and regions.
• Oversee program operations, ensuring alignment with scopes of work with partners.
• Supervise Senior Program Managers and lead performance reviews.
• Manage project delivery and ensure timely information flow between partners and EDMO.
