Ivy Health in Virginia seeks a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) to build a new clinic with a path to equity. You’ll influence location, culture, team development, and patient experience while partnering with a nationwide network that has opened 400+ clinics.

Vested support in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and RCM will help your growing clinic succeed as part of Ivy Health.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow the clinic and build community relationships.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes.
