Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead a growing clinic and become an Equity Partner. You will influence location, culture, team development, and patient experience while receiving support from a national network of resources including Marketing, HR, and IT.

The role offers a clear career path toward equity, with a compensation range of $95,000 to $115,000 per year plus bonuses and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of healthcare setting experience.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a clinical team and mentor clinicians to provide exceptional care.
• Shape clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
• Partner with Ivy Health on marketing, HR, compliance, IT, and operations.
