Job summary

ERM is seeking a Technical Partner to grow our Natural Resources practice across North America, with a hybrid location model. You will lead in ecological restoration, habitat conservation, and environmental permitting, while guiding client strategy and project delivery.

As a Partner, you will mentor multidisciplinary teams, build long-term relationships, and expand ERM's market presence in power, renewables, and technology sectors, driving growth and value for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting.
• Proven leadership in mitigation and ecorestoration, including endangered species and habitat conservation.
• Deep understanding of conventional and renewable energy markets in North America.
• Strong business development track record, generating and delivering multi-million-dollar programs.
• Expertise in HCPs, and regional permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement activities within the Power, Diversified Energy, and Technology sectors.
• Provide senior technical leadership for biological resources, ecological restoration, habitat conservation, and environmental permitting programs.
• Support clients through project planning, permitting, construction, and operations phases.
• Develop and grow key client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Mentor and develop technical staff and project managers.
• Collaborate with ERM partners and service line leaders to support regional and national growth initiatives.
• Drive project delivery excellence while meeting financial, safety, and quality objectives.
