Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead a growing clinic and shape its culture from the ground up. You’ll have a voice in location, team development, and patient experience while partnering with Ivy Rehab to support marketing, HR, recruitment, and more.

The role offers a compensation range of $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year, with eligibility for a Clinic Director Bonus Plan, Equity, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience with outpatient orthopedic exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a clinic team, shaping culture and patient experience.
• Mentor clinicians and staff, building relationships and collaborative environment.
• Drive growth of the clinic and foster community relationships to improve patient outcomes.
• Partner with the company to influence clinic location, culture and operations while pursuing equity.
