Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) to build and guide a new clinic, from culture to patient experience. You’ll mentor teammates, shape location strategy, and lead with a collaborative, patient-centered approach.

Join a network of clinicians supported by Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and RCM to deliver world-class care across physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA services. Equity growth awaits.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program is required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred; leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and mentor teammates to foster a collaborative culture.
• Enhance patient experience and outcomes while growing the clinic's community presence.
• Partner in equity decisions, location strategy, and overall clinic development.
• Collaborate with supporting teams (Marketing, HR, Recruitment, IT, Compliance) to scale the clinic.
