Job summary

Ivy Health in New Jersey is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead a collaborative team and shape a clinic from the ground up.

You will mentor staff, build relationships with patients and the local community, and partner with a company that supports growth through marketing, HR, recruitment, and compliance. Equity participation is available and compensation ranges from $105,000 to $125,000 annually.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Shape clinic culture, strategy, and patient experience.
• Partner with Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal, IT, and operations.
• Grow the clinic and build community relationships.
